Other next-generation endeavours

If re-elected, Khan has also pledged to make the ‘overwhelming case’ for other next-generation projects. This includes:

• The extension of the DLR to Thamesmead
• An extension of the Bakerloo Line from Elephant & Castle to Lewisham, as well as a second phase extending to Hayes and Beckenham junction
