The redevelopment will create student accommodation, with 264 new flats in three buildings up to twelve storeys tall. Additionally, there will be 30 affordable homes and new commercial space. Regal has now revealed that funding for the project has been agreed. They will get £115m from Maslow Capital. It will cover most of the £125m scheme.

Regal’s investment director, Marc Eden, had a statement on the financial agreement. He gave praise to the “speed and efficiency” of the funding process here. He said Regal and Maslow Capital share a focus “on delivering high-yielding, resilient assets”.
