If you choose to proceed, we will schedule a time to meet at the property to conduct a viewing. This is necessary to confirm the condition and rental valuation. At the same time, we will give you more info about rent guarantees.

Arrange certificates

For any kind of letting you need to supply copies of the EPC, NICEIC, and Gas Certificates. If you do not have any of these documents, we can arrange for qualified engineers to provide them. We also ask for 3 full sets of keys.

Final inspection

Once we have all of the documentation and keys, we will do a final inspection of the property and take photographic evidence of the condition. This confirms that is it ready to let and you can legally start taking on tenants.
